I’ve done lots of volunteer work with kids! And I am my families designated babysitter. I’ve worked with loads of different kids! All different ages and everything! Including some autistic kids and a mute kid before!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Playing at the park, Drawing, Baking, reading, walking, playing any kind of games (board games or electronic), watching movies, baking/cooking, basically any activity wether it’s physical or not.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Not only helping the kids but the parents too. I know that some people have hard situations and need extra help. I’m here for that. I’ve taken courses before to help with psychology so not only can I be there for the kids but the parents as well. I want the kids to have an escape from reality. Even at a young age life can get hard. Same for adults. I believe everyone needs a little extra help now and then and they should get it.

The most important part about being a nanny...
When a little girl talked to me for the first time. I was watching a girl and she was selective mute. Meaning she could talk but chose not to. She hasn’t talked in years but one day when we were drawing she whispered saying that she really liked me. I was overjoyed and ended up crying!
