"Stephania was a great babysitter during the time she was working with us. We loved the skills communications she had, always open to new challenges and help us more with the kids. Also flexible with the schedule. Trying always to be creative and be aware to have the children doing fun staff according with the ages. I really recommend her as babysitter/nanny. Loving and kind girl."

"She has a warm and caring personality, and has been a wonderful nanny for our children’s Stephania works 45 hours per week. As my daughter was an infant when she started working with us, her responsibilities included preparing baby bottles and feeding her meals, nap time, and playing with her. She would also drive my son to and from school and to various activities. Now that both children are in preschool, she is responsible for picking them up from school and preparing lunch and snacks, playing with them and taking them outside. Once/twice a week, she prepares their dinner and does bedtime with them.
she is a safe and responsible driver. She drives our SUV and is familiar with local roads and highways, as well as with driving in rain and snow. she easily adapted to our home environment. She is neat and respectful, and easy to get along with. She enjoys baking, and will make delicious treats with our kids! We have enjoyed having her join our family, she will be a wonderful nanny"

Cooking or Baking: Involve them in simple cooking or baking activities. Let them decorate cookies, make pizzas, or create their own sandwiches.
Reading and Storytelling: Read them their favorite books, or make up stories together. You can also encourage them to write their own stories and illustrate them.

The most important part about being a nanny...
For me being a nanny involves much more than simply supervising children. It requires patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to the well-being and development of the children under your care. By embodying these qualities and prioritizing the needs of the children and their families, nannies can make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of those they care for.
