I have been a behavior therapist for over the past 4 years working with children on the spectrum. I have been a substitute teacher for over 20 years for all grades 1-12. I was in business for myself as a childcare provider for 10 years registered through the children's Home Society, I closed it to return to resume my HR Career part time and work as a nanny for private family.

baking/ making snacks look like funny things using cookie cutters, cake decorating, organizing, biking, dancing swimming, gardening ..walking on beach, painting, creating fun games, arts& crafts

is being trusted to always proactive to keep kids safe at all times. Be observant to your surroundings .. choking hazards ,, loose shoe ties, exposed nails or broken furniture .. always be prepared with a well stocked first aid kt ... know fire evacuation exits and location of fire extinguishers, know wher3e the emergency numbers are located
