I believe that being a Nanny is a very responsible job that requires constant attention, creativity, energy and willingness. Furthermore, the work requires love for children. It's not enough to just feed them, bathe them and put them to sleep. Children learn by observing and imitating behaviors. Therefore, the nanny must have attitudes that help the child become a strong, positive and confident person. In addition to having minimal knowledge of normal motor and cognitive development at each stage of the child's development.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a lot of experience with children who were born prematurely and thus developed respiratory problems, such as bronchodysplasia, or motor and cognitive deficits. Children with heart problems and motor disabilities, Down Syndrome, autism.
