Hello,
My name is River. I am. 28-year-old woman who just moved to Bend and is looking for work. I love children and I just finished up my job as a nanny in Eugene at a small community where I cared for 6 children. They became like family to me, and I will miss them dearly. I was a preschool teacher for 2 years at a small in home preschool as well.
I value getting kids outside, doing fun immersive hands on projects such as baking together, doing arts and crafts, and imaginative play. I like to limit screen time to just an occasional treat and encourage healthy, interactive activities. I have a gentle parenting style and have done a lot of self work in order to be heart forward, compassionate, validating and calm.
I am certified in CPR, safe sleep, and have take childhood development classes.
The kids I have Nannie's become like family to me, and I love them very much. I have become very close and integrated into the families I've worked with.
