Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love working outside in nature, gardening, swimming with the kids and I’m a person who is extremely creative with Art Projects. In my spare time I love to journal and draw. One bonus, I grew up with all brothers and I’m handle with tools and I can fix just about anything that needs minimal repair.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a Nanny for me is being part of the whole family, learning how the dynamics of my care for them helps to bridge that gap for the children, the parents and sometimes the extended family. I want that for any family that chooses me as their Nanny and gives me that chance to help your family have that safe and comforting feeling leaving your children in my hands, you will never regret hiring me cuz I’m all in on helping however you need me.
My experience with special needs children...
During my 10-12 years raising my children I was able to acquire education working with special needs children as well as teens. I’m willing to discuss any possible special needs that you are corned with for your family.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I can say that I’ve had so many memorable moments but the one that comes to my mind first is when I first received this young boy and he was autistic but for years he never spoke he only made gestures and grunting sounds. After observing him for a week or so I came up with a new way to communicate with him and before he left my home to go to his forever home he was speaking and that was the biggest success of me nurturing a child and getting that amazing outcome. I’m willing to discuss other moments, as well. I love to watch the children grow step by step, year after year!
