My level of care did not go unnoticed - I was shortly promoted to Head Swim Instructor and eventually worked my way up to be a Learn to Swim Coordinator. In this role, I have found that I am lacking the childcare aspect of the job that I originally loved. Now I find myself branching out into other options to fulfill that part of myself while providing a valuable service to the community.
