The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when a child I cared for was struggling with a new skill, like learning to ride a bike. After several attempts and lots of encouragement, they finally mastered it and their face lit up with a huge, proud smile. The joy and sense of accomplishment they felt made all the effort worthwhile, and it was incredibly rewarding to share that moment of success with them.
