Art and activities that involve creative expression! I love to act with kids and create silly games where I pretend to be a certain character and we create another world! I also love to run around and think outside of the box with games:) I enjoy reading and teachings kids new skills as well!

I have worked as a direct support professional through a disability support agency and worked with a child with ASD and another child with anxiety/a seizure disorder/feeding tube! The most important part about being a nanny...
One memorable moment was when a child with emotional and behavioral regulation struggles from an abusive background finally warmed up to me and went from cussing at me/hitting/kicking to snuggling up with me and watching a show. This was a huge growth moment and made me feel valuable through being an adult that this child felt safe around and respected by:) So grateful for breakthrough moments but also understand that progress is fluid not linear!
