Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have babysat a pair of 2yo twins on multiple occasions. I also have 5 kids. My family and friends call me the baby whisperer because I'm very good with babies and can normally get them to stop crying and put to sleep within a very short time. I grew up with 3 younger brothers and babysat them.

I love doing crafts, playing games, reading with kids, baking, etc.

Is helping me kids learn valuable life skills while caring for them. Watching and caring for kids while their parents are able to provide an amazing life for the kids.

My cousin has a sensory disorder so I get to learn how to handle things from my aunt and uncle. I also worked in an adult day camp for disabled adults, I know it's not kids and not exactly the same but I am very patient and willing to do what they need while also trying to give them Independence and privacy
