The most important part is the enormous responsibility it is to be the trusted loving caregiver every child needs while they aren't with their parents.
It is equally important that parents trust wholeheartedly that I will care for their children and keep them safe while they are away.
It would simply be unbearable to have to worry about your child's wellbeing throughout the day.

I have had limited experience working with special needs children, but, I have no problem learning or educating myself on what is needed.
