I was hoping to continue to be a part of this little guys life as he grew, but unfortunately it was not the case.

It's true that you don't really know until you have some of your own, which I don't and I get it. I will never think that I know what is best for your child. I know the importance of wanting to feel secure with leaving your child with someone, because my mom had that with me as my sister's babysitter.
