Hi! I am born and raised in central Oregon and just recently moved back after caring for my grandmother this past year. I am an avid traveler and enjoy spending my free time outside. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have experience caring for children of all ages. I began watching my younger siblings at age twelve and continued to babysit for other families over the years. In addition to this, I have led youth volleyball camps and modeled exemplary behavior for elementary and middle school athletes. My senior year of high school I spent most days of the week in the child care center teaching and engaging with children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy any activity outside or when I get to engage with the child I am caring for and help them learn something new. Some examples would be going to the park, riding bikes, swimming, hiking, reading a book, singing songs, coloring, or learning a new dance.

My experience with special needs children...

I do not have any direct experience working with special needs children, but I am happy to learn more about meeting the needs of each unique child.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite memories is the week I got to spend caring for my younger siblings at age 16. I embraced the role of big sister and began appreciating the time and responsibility it takes to raise a child. I loved the quality time we spent alone together and had so much fun cooking as a family, going to the beach, and waking up early for new adventures.
