Everything you can think of and then some! I'm always exploring fun new things to do whether it is at home or out and about. Some things I have done in the past include... music class, library story time/trips, baking/cooking, arts and craft, museum/zoo trips, playground/parks, swimming, splash pad, Children's Theater Festival and shows, sensory play, science experiments, etc

Creating a nurturing bond with the child(ren) and being able to connect on a deep level, build a safe/loving relationship and offer a stable environment.
My experience with special needs children...
I don't really have a ton of experience in this category, but I'm definitely open and willing to learn if the situation comes up. Have a bit of experience with autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Its hard to narrow it down to just 1 thing, especially with almost 20 years of experience. I love the bond that develops and being part of each new milestone! Also, watching them grow each and every day. Currently my favorite moment with the family I'm with is watching the younger 2 (twins) learn to read! Its such a cool progression.
