Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have done an internship at Lynnfield Middle School as well as helped out with their shows in the past four years. I have plenty of cousins on the younger side whom I have a good relationship with. I have babysat in the past for family friends.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love getting creative with things. I have experience baking so I can bake them some sweets (let them crack an egg if the parents are comfortable with it), and we can decorate it together. I have a list of improve games on my phone which many children enjoy.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Is finding a safe yet fun experience for the children. It is important to build that trust- not just for their physical safety but for their emotional well being as well.

My experience with special needs children...

As someone with disabilities myself, I can relate to them on a more personal and understanding level. People of all ages are more likely to react well when someone is approaching the situation with a common understanding. We want to be seen, not just head.
