I believe that having open communication with the parents and making sure that the child’s safety comes first over everything. There needs to be a lot of reporte with the parents and child in order to move forward. It’s important that both the nanny and child are enjoying this time and seeing the parents smile and knowing the child is safe and taken well cared for.
