I watched Mamma Mia a few years ago and it changed my life. Some movies or stories just do that to you, no shame. I ended up buying a one way ticket to Europe after college and spent months on and off traveling. I eventually found myself on this small market garden in Scotland that...hate to be dramatic, but shook me from my sleeping self. I was planting, harvesting, and eating incredible produce alongside like-minded people. A really special intro into food and hospitality. 3 years later, after working on more farms in Michigan, restaurants in NYC, and some traveling in between, I've landed in Philly.
