I have cousins with special needs. One with down syndrome and another with autism. My mother is a special education teacher; therefore, I have gained a lot of experience with special needs through family and volunteering in her classroom.

My favorite nanny moment would have to be when one of my girls called me on her mothers' phone because I had not seen her in a couple days and she missed me!
