Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing arts and crafts and DIY projects. It’s nothing like seeing a project come together. Pretend play. Playing dress up and using our imagination. Sometimes a simple dance party. Wiggle wiggle. Reading books but also making up stories using the child/children as the main characters. Having picnics. Whether it be indoors or outdoors. Visiting museums. Going to the zoo. Going to the park. Going for walks talking about what we see, hear, smell, what we can touch as well as taste.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being able to sit back and see the bond I have created with that child is really important to me. For me. It starts there. Being part of their development and to see them reaching milestones and both of us learning and growing together.
