"Teirtsa was employed by my sister Samantha and her husband Gregory. My children were often at my sisters so she watched both of our children of many occasions. Teirtsa was great with our kids, when she started she was responsible for my sisters boys, then ages 1 and 7. She is like family to us. She joined us during a time that was difficult on our family and she was a God-send from day one! Teirtsa is loyal, Trustworthy, caring, loving, respectful, responsible and truly an amazing person. My sister Samantha had just lost her third son from SIDS and needed her more than I can say. She helped Samantha with anything and everything you could ask for. My children 2 of them, 1 girl age 3, and a boy age 10. My kids were often there during spring break, summers and some weekends. I truly can not imagine having gone thru that time without her smiling face! My sister Samantha Van de Putte, unfortunately passed away and I would be more than happy to refer Teirtsa to anyone 100 times over!"

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been a caregiver in many different scenarios. I was a nanny for a family from [phone number hidden] for 2 boys ages starting were 2 and 7. My daughter was hospitalized for 4 years, at which time I took off from working to care for her. I have been the caregiver in many family situations as well.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing DIY projects, crafts, board games, skating, trampoline parks. Outdoors is great when the weather allows for trips to the park, swimming, museum, Zoo!
Younger children/ babies are great, I love to teach and watch them learn. Depending on the age of course you have to be patient and creative and always keep safety a priority.

The most important part about being a nanny...
There are many ways to answering this route of question. I feel that you must be able to provide a safe, positive, healthy environment. Building a relationship while respecting boundaries, earning trust and having a clear mutual understanding of needs and expectations Is necessary too. I also feel that it is very important To always leave a positive impactin everyone's life that you come in contact with.
My experience with special needs children...
I have dealt with special needs such as medical conditions like asthma, Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, ADHD and Autism.
