The most important thing about being a nanny is having patience and the ability to understand the needs of a child and I help them to feel loved and safe and support them with their every needs and to be able to communicate in a loving manner without being overwhelmed and also being able to listen to their feelings, needs, wants and being able to set boundaries when necessary.
