Hi! My name is Tiarra Lane. I’m 18 years old, a recent high school graduate, and currently attending IU South Bend. Outside of my classes, I have open availability and a strong passion for working with kids.

I have tons of experience—not only through volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club after-school program and working at the Charles Black Center kids camp during the summer—but also from growing up with five younger siblings. I’ve helped care for them at every stage, so I know how to stay patient, flexible, and calm in a busy household.

I’m responsible, upbeat, and love creating a safe, fun, and caring environment. Whether it’s helping with homework, arts and crafts, outdoor play, or just being a supportive role model, I’m here to help your family however I can!

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, trusting, and supportive space where a child can feel seen, heard, and loved. It’s about being consistent, reliable, and genuinely caring—not just for the child, but for the whole family.

While I haven’t worked extensively with special needs children in a professional setting, I’ve had some experience through volunteering and peer programs in school. I’m patient, open-minded, and always willing to learn and adapt to meet each child’s unique needs.
