the most important part of being a nanny is building trust and creating a genuine connection with both the children and their parents. The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when one of the kids I cared for finally learned how to ride their bike without training wheels. We had been practicing for a while, and they were really nervous and unsure of themselves. The moment they did it on their own, their face completely lit up they were so proud, and I was right there cheering them on. After that, their confidence grew so much, not just with biking but with trying new things in general. Being able to support them through that and see that growth firsthand was such a special and rewarding experience for me.
