Hi! My name is Tonika , and I’m 19 years old. I’m a recent high school graduate with lots of hands-on experience caring for children, especially since I come from a big family of six siblings ranging from ages 10 to 17, plus my relatives children. As one of the older siblings, I’ve naturally taken on a caregiving role over the years helping with meals, bedtime routines, homework, and planning fun activities like park outings and sibling movie nights.
I may not have a formal CPR/First Aid certification at the moment (and I will be getting them soon enough before I start) but I am very attentive, patient, and safety-minded. I understand how important it is to create a fun but secure environment for kids. I truly enjoy helping them feel cared for, heard, and entertained.
I’m looking for a part-time babysitting or nanny position where I can bring that same energy, responsibility, and care into another family’s life!
