A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Ruth! I’m a 13 year old San Francisco native! I’m a student-athlete, and very trustworthy! I have over 5+ years working with kids and babysitting, so I’m sure I can be a reliable asset to your children!

I prefer to work early mornings, from 4:45am to 8:40am on weekdays when I have school! I can try to squeeze in time in the evening when I have school also. On the weekends depending on my availability, I can take care of your child from 7:00am-whatever time is needed. Please note that I can’t stay up super late on school days to help take care of your kid because I need to study. But, I will definetly try my best to exceed your expectations! Please be willing to be flexible! During the summer, I can work from 5:00am-6:00pm or later if we discuss it first! I prefer one-time opportunities, such as taking care of your kid/pet during a night out for dinner. But, I can certainly work out more days if my schedule is free! I’m working to raise money for my family! Thanks!

Currently, I coach a volleyball sports program through SF Park and Rec! I’ve been coaching kids younger than me, kids my age, and even kids that are a couple years older than me for over 2+ years!

To me, what the most important part of being a nanny is the will to connect and adapt. Adaptability as a nanny is very important since you don’t know who you’re going to take care of and what the experience will be like. So, welcoming that new challenge and making the most of it is very important as a nanny and is essential to success!!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment was back in the summer of 2021 when one girl (age 5) that I was babysitting was struggling to write the alphabet. Over the summer, I was able to help her write out the full alphabet correctly, and that brought me lots of joy!! I can’t wait to experience more moments like this with your child!
