One time, I was watching this little girl who was really shy and wouldn't talk much. I found out she loved drawing, so we started making up stories together and drawing them out. By the end of the day, she was laughing and chatting non-stop, telling me all about her drawings. It was awesome seeing her open up and get so excited about something creative.
