The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moments are the ones that remind me that the relationship continues even after the job ends. I have gone back to visit children I cared for closely, even weeks or months after I was no longer working with their families because of school or changes in our schedules. Having a child recognize me, run into my arms, and be genuinely excited to see me again is incredibly special. It is a reminder that the connection and trust you build with a child can last long after your time as their nanny.
