Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I spent a year living in Japan, where I worked regularly with five families and built really close, trusting relationships with both the kids and parents. One of my favorite parts was teaching English through play. Where we’d learn through games, conversations, and everyday activities, so it felt fun and natural instead of like a lesson. This experience helped me become really adaptable and confident, and I love creating a positive, engaging environment where kids can learn and just be themselves.

The most important part of being a nanny is learning the children’s needs. Anything the child might dislike or any medical issues I must know. My upmost important is making sure the children are safe and happy.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite babysitting moments was when I worked In Japan as a nanny, and when I enter the home, the children would sometimes play hide and seek. Some children would hide behind the curtains giggling and some would hide under the covers. Once I found them they would hug me and we would start our day together playing. The moments of the children’s faces of pure happiness when I found them is what makes me love my job:)
