The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is ensuring that the children are happy, well cared for, and have someone they can trust. This job is all about the kids—being there for their growth, development, and creating a positive, supportive environment for them. It’s also important that they don’t miss a beat while their parents are working hard to provide for their families or even taking a much-needed break. Knowing I can contribute to their well-being and development makes this role incredibly rewarding.
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t have formal training or specialized experience with special needs children yet, but I have worked with them in the various places I’ve been employed. I actively engage, teach, and do activities with them just as I do with all the other kids. Additionally, I’ve had the opportunity to teach dance to physically challenged students. While I gave them the extra attention they needed, I ensured they were treated equally and had the same opportunities to learn and participate as every other student.
