A little bit about us…

We are looking for someone to care for our our 3.5 year old son on some weekday afternoons. He goes to school until 2:30 pm (including in the summer). My husband and I both work from home, but we have our own offices and stay out of the way.

Our son is very active and likes to be outside (rain or shine). We'd love someone who enjoys outdoor activities and is interesting in taking him on adventures (to the park, hardware store, ice cream shop, etc.).

We can be flexible on the days of the week and the number of hours per day. Ideally, someone who is available for 2 hours in the afternoon a few days a week would be great for us. Salary is also negotiable and based on experience. Please reach out if interested!

Also, we have a 10 year old black lab so need someone who is dog friendly.

A little bit about us…

I am looking for someone to regularly watch my 18-month-old for a few hours throughout the week. She's an extremely smart little one who loves people, wants to explore and play and either totally wants to party or totally wants to snuggle.

Looking for Thursday afternoons (after naptime, around 2pm-4pm), and definitely at least one other day during the week for a few hours, but in the middle of figuring out schedules, so TBA.

Would ideally love for you to come to us! We live about a 15-minute walk from a park but bonus if you drive. She'll likely need either a meal or a snack which will be provided for you to prepare for her.

At this point, it will only be a few hours either before or after the nap, so you wouldn't be required to put her down. Potentially could work up to more hours and make that a regular part of your schedule once you are comfortable with each other!

A little bit about us…

My husband and I work very weird hours, I am a resident surgeon so I am typically at the hospital at 6a-6p. My husband is a firefighter and works 24 hour shifts (in Seattle) on a rotating basis two days out of eight. So essentially we would need someone when we are both working but it would change weekly based on my husbands schedule. We have one son who is 5 months old and 2 cats.

A little bit about us…

I have two boys! They will be 1 and 3 this summer. I am looking for someone who is kind, caring, patient, and is fluent in Spanish to watch my boys once or twice a week during the day and one night a week so that I may take care of errands and have some evening time to myself.

Other than taking care of them and doing things like a meal or snack I'm not requiring much. There is a great park about three blocks away from our home that you can take them to. I have a great stroller that they fit in together as well as a wagon. We have lots of toys, books, crafts, easels, bikes, scooters, and a mini play kitchen. (Etc)
The Hancock Family - Hiring in Portland

The Hancock Family

Portland, OR
$20/hr

A little bit about us…

We are looking for part-time nanny help starting in January 2024. Preferably someone that is open to a few days a week (Tues/Wed/Thur) and some evenings here and there.

Our little one (Rosamond) will be 7 months in January. She will need love and nurturing at home while we're at work and on certain occasions while we work from home. We do have a goofy Labrador and a friendly house cat that like to hang around so comfort with pet interaction is required. Other than that, just some basic house tidying related to baby care would be ideal. We’d love to meet you if you’re interested!
