We’re due in October 2023 and looking for a full-time nanny-share for April 2024 for when our baby is about 6 months old.

Ideally, the care would take place at another person’s home and we would provide pick up and drop off, but we’re also happy to split the days (a few days at our apartment, a few days at the other).
