Babysitter Job: The Zimmerman Family with 3 Children
We need some help to get our busy kids all the places they need to go:
*Monday afternoons: pick up children from school take them home and then to sports practice. (SW/NWPDX)
*Most Wednesdays: pick up children from school and take to sports practice. (SW/NW PDX)
*Thursday: care for child after school in our home (may also occasionally involve a pickup). (SW/NW PDX)
These ~3 hour shifts will also include driving, snack making, occasional dinner prep or light errands in neighborhood, game playing, reading, etc. We have one kid who loves to swim and would love your help getting him to the pool!
One thing to know is our kids do not attend school close to home. To pick them up and bring them home you will be required to navigate the freeway and side roads at high traffic times; the commute back and forth can occasionally take close to an hour. Cool demeanor and driving expertise is a must; we do have a mini van you could use!
*Occasional additional nights and weekends as needed.
*Kids are smart and high energy. Experience and interest in dealing with neurodiversity, will make the job easier for all of us.

Meet Crazy Blazey! AKA BlazerBeam, AKA Mickey Blaze. He's 14 months old and loves water, climbing, painting, throwing (and learning to catch) balls, giving hugs and snuggling with his two chihuahuas. We're looking for a nanny from 9-6 Monday through Thursday and Saturday 8-3. We're a very active family, both indoors and out. We have one daughter who is 6 weeks old. We will need care starting in January for the remainder of the school year (she will be 6 months old then). My husband and I are both teachers, and are raising our daughter to be bilingual in English and Spanish. We require that our nanny only speak Spanish with our daughter.
