We are looking for a long-term, experienced nanny & household manager for Tuesdays and Thursdays (9-5), starting September 1st in Alexandria (22302).
Care for three boys (8, 5, + 1) while helping keep our home running. We are looking for someone who can step in, see what needs attention, and take ownership of the day, from hands-on care of the baby and keeping the older boys moving to laundry, kitchen resets, tidying + organizing. The balance shifts day to day, so initiative and the ability to see the whole picture are key. Experience with the dynamics of a large family is a plus!

No transportation responsibilities for kids; care will be centered around the home. Ample parking, plenty of green spaces and a playground within walking distance of our home. We have a very low maintenance dog, so animal lovers a plus. My husband and I both work during the day and our current nanny recently gave her notice so actively and aggressively looking for a replacement.

Musts:
- Be fully vaccinated, to include the COVID vaccine and booster, and TDAP
- Be COVID conscious and safe (masks, hand washing)
- Be infant CPR certified and have a knowledge of First Aid
- Be able to drive to and from our home, as well as able to transport the baby in case of emergency
If you have children, they are more than welcome to come with you for the day, so long as they are fully vaccinated.
We have two cats that are indoor/outdoor and very friendly! We work from home most days.
We are open to paying you however you prefer, but would love to use a payroll service.
