A little bit about us

Hello! Unfortunately our nanny is returning to school in January and we are looking for an experienced nanny to take care of our smiley little girls' needs each morning while Mom and Dad work from home. We would love a reliable and experienced nanny to help see our daughter through the many changes she has coming and to make sure her nursery and laundry are clean and organized each day. Experience working with infants is required. We have a sweet dog who is also a great big brother, Plenty of space to play and large playground across the street. Proof of vaccination and responsible social behavior during the pandemic are required for this position. We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely little family!

Babysitter Job: The Zimmerman Family with 3 Children

We need some help to get our busy kids all the places they need to go:
*Monday afternoons: pick up children from school take them home and then to sports practice. (SW/NWPDX)
*Most Wednesdays: pick up children from school and take to sports practice. (SW/NW PDX)
*Thursday: care for child after school in our home (may also occasionally involve a pickup). (SW/NW PDX)
These ~3 hour shifts will also include driving, snack making, occasional dinner prep or light errands in neighborhood, game playing, reading, etc. We have one kid who loves to swim and would love your help getting him to the pool!
One thing to know is our kids do not attend school close to home. To pick them up and bring them home you will be required to navigate the freeway and side roads at high traffic times; the commute back and forth can occasionally take close to an hour. Cool demeanor and driving expertise is a must; we do have a mini van you could use!
*Occasional additional nights and weekends as needed.
*Kids are smart and high energy. Experience and interest in dealing with neurodiversity, will make the job easier for all of us.
