A little bit about us

Hi there! My name is Sylvia. My sons name is Rivers and he’s the sweetest little guy. He likes being read to, long walks around the neighborhood, playing with his toys, watching music videos and Disney movies. We have never hired a nanny, nor has he ever been taken care of by anyone he’s unfamiliar with but I know once the interaction starts he’ll love you. Rivers has a pretty flexible routine and I basically go about our day at his pace. I am only looking for a nanny if and when my husband and I want to spend alone time together. Friday or Saturdays, preferably afternoons and sometimes maybe going into the night time. I would prefer our nanny to come to our home to sit, where he is familiar with everything. Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Mom will also be home during the day, so this is very much a team environment where nanny and mom work together to care for the babies and help keep the household running smoothly.

Main responsibilities include:

* Playing, engaging, and entertaining the babies throughout the day
* Feeding and bottle preparation
* Diaper changes
* Putting babies down for naps and helping maintain routines
* Light baby-related laundry
* Light housekeeping and tidying
* Cleaning bottles and baby items
* Assisting with keeping play and feeding areas organized
* Going for walks or outdoor activities when appropriate
* Providing loving, attentive, and safe care at all times

We are looking for someone who:

* Has experience with infants/babies
* Is patient, warm, and dependable
* Is comfortable working alongside parents in the home
* Is proactive and willing to help where needed
* Has reliable transportation
* CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
