We are looking for someone who can step in, see what needs attention, and take ownership of the day, from hands-on care of the baby and keeping the older boys moving to laundry, kitchen resets, tidying + organizing. The balance shifts day to day, so initiative and the ability to see the whole picture are key. Experience with the dynamics of a large family is a plus!

She quickly develops a strong bond with her caregivers, has no special needs, and is largely potty trained. She takes naps between 1:30 and 3pm. She has a brother in the first grade who will be attending "school" virtually at a neighbors house. We will be home during the day in our respective offices. COVID precautions are a concern for us. We are taking all the proper precautions and would expect the same in return.
