Our kiddo is just 3 months old, but we're looking for help once she is 6 months old and my wife and I are back to work more full-time. We both work remotely, but we need to know that our baby is getting all the love and attention she needs while we're at the computer. We're flexible with 3-5 days a week and 6-8 hours a day.
