We’re an happy family in La Mesa looking for an experienced full-time nanny to care for our baby boy, who will be 4.5 months old in August.
We live a healthy, active lifestyle and love cooking, spending time outdoors and enjoying San Diego! I’m Australian and my husband is American
We believe in gentle, responsive parenting with consistent routines, minimal screens, and lots of love. We value open communication, collaboration, and a good sense of humor—because babies are unpredictable, and sometimes the only thing you can do is laugh.
I work from home in an outdoor backyard office, and my husband is mostly out of the house.
We’ve got a very sweet Aussie Doodle and a Ragdoll cat who may try to join story time.
Our son is super chill, eats well, sleeps well, doesn’t cry unless there’s a reason. In August, he’ll be 4.5 months old - just hitting that super fun age where the baby giggles start

We’re seeking a native Spanish speaker who will speak exclusively Spanish with him. We’re not fluent ourselves, but we’re wanting to learn—and we hope to send him to a bilingual school. Language exposure and connection are extremely important to us!

Another family and I both have beautiful girls born almost 2 weeks apart we are looking for care starting in August (when they are 3 months) Monday-Wednesday for both girls and potentially Thursday for 1 girl exact times will later be determined but should be about 8 hours from around 8am-4pm. We have two sweet dogs so you would have to be ok with dogs in the house
We would love someone with experience working with 2 families and 2 children at the same time. We would also love someone who has some knowledge in child development either by past experience or formal school.
Some responsibilities include Caring for the 2 girls, feeding them, cleaning up after them, and taking them outdoors.
Bonus points if you can speak another language. I speak Spanish and my husband speaks mandarin but any language you can teach the girls would be amazing.
