A little bit about us
I work from home with some weeks being much busier than others. My schedule can be flexible with the option to flex certain days and work longer others. With the right candidate, I can adjust my work schedule if needed.
I'm intending to breast feed throughout the day when I can, so we will communicate when she is getting ready to feed and I will take over for the feedings I can.
We have 2 dogs, one 11 year old lab mix, and one 3 year old lab. Our nanny will not need to be responsible for these animals, but they will lay around in the shared spaces of the house. The younger one will ask to go outside but they are both independent in our fenced in backyard.

A little bit about us
We are looking for someone to support our family 6 to 8 hours a week to start, with room to grow into 15-20 hours a week, in Aurora. The start date will be September 5th, however, we are open to being flexible. Must be willing to stick with us long term.
I am looking for help on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for 3-4 hours to start. The three areas of support we are looking for are education support, parent support and support with our health/mental health. This includes: helping my son with his school work, support with physical therapy/exercises, dinner preparation, light house keeping and possibly additional activities or socializing with other kids.
We are looking for someone who is teachable and able to teach, an encourager, a helper, eager to give a gentle response and be a calming presence. They must also be organized, have a great sense of time management, have your own transportation, and a clean driving record.
Finding someone who is familiar with the importance of mental health and the affects on children is very important to us.
