The FT position would start in the beginning of January and continue through May 10th, with the possibility of staying on after that. Exact start and end dates are flexible. We have no other children or pets.
Hours/ Schedule: Mon and Wed 9am - 5pm / Tues and Thurs 9am - 7pm. Fridays off, or a half day, e.g. 9 - 12pm.
Location/ Parking: We live in North Cambridge, about 10 minutes walk from the Porter Square T stop. We have a guest parking spot in our lot for your use.
Compensation/Benefits: $25/hr. Guaranteed hours. Paid federal holidays and paid vacation. Open fridge policy.
Responsibilities: Soothing, feeding bottles of pumped breastmilk (and introducing solids when the time comes), diaper changes, putting the baby down for naps, playing, talking, and singing with the baby, doing tummy time, and going outside on stroller walks.
Qualifications: Experience with infants and infant developmental milestones. Infant CPR and first aid. Current vaccines. Non smoker. Recommendations from former families or employers.
