A little bit about us

We are looking for a qualified part-time nanny to provide in-home care to our son on Mondays and Tuesdays every week beginning on Monday, April 7th. He will be about 3.5 months old at that time. Each day will be approximately 10 hours (8 am - 6 pm, or 7:30 am - 5:30 pm) with a little bit of flexibility available on our end depending on the day. Parents both have hybrid work schedules with one commuting to DC and one to Baltimore, so some days the nanny may be home with our son while we are both in the office, and some days one of us may be working from home.

We are looking for someone who can maintain our son’s routine for feeding (formula), naps, and who will actively engage in developmentally-friendly play with him during his awake time. We also have paved walking paths around our neighborhood and a back yard, and would love for him to get time outside each day that weather permits!

We also hope that our nanny will not mind in supporting light housework that relates to the baby, such as baby laundry, loading used bottles in our dishwasher, or changing out the diaper trash can bags.

We live in a single-family home, with no other children or relatives, no pets, and a non-smoking household.

A little bit about us

We have twins who will be 2 in June. Dad works outside the home, Mama works from home. We're looking for someone to work 3 days a week to give Mama a break and let her do work that she can't do with twins underfoot.

No pet care is expected. The only cleaning we need is tidying after play/rinsing dishes after lunch so they can be put in the dishwasher.

We have 2 cats and 1 dog. One cat is VERY friendly and may follow you around if Mama gets boring. The other you may never see. The dog is a service dog and will mostly be hanging out near Mama.
