We hope to find someone who will grow to love our daughter and partner with us in cultivating a safe and nurturing environment for her, but will ultimately defer to us as her parents for how to care for her. Someone who values good communication and timeliness is also important.
The caregiver would ideally have first aid/CPR experience and experience caring for infants between 3-12months. Responsibilities include warming up & bottle feeding, putting her down for a nap, engaging in age appropriate activities, diaper changes, keeping an eye on her at all times.
We have a schedule that we strive to stick to but there is flexibility since our daughter is still an infant and we are still learning her. We pretty much know when she will go down for a nap so that allows for some predictability in the day.
There is parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. There are no pets on the property.
