I work roughly 4 AM to 5 PM most days and was dropping kids at school when they woke during the day but I have had a job change that will prevent this. Wife works from home but has to travel into DC some days each week.
Hoping to find a nanny who has availability M-F from 2:30-5:30 and could do pickup from a full time care center and meet my son at the bus stop when he gets home from kindergarten. We have a separate playroom space and a in-law suite you could use during care as well as a playground for the kids.
Hourly rate is negotiable.

We homeschool our kiddos and attend co-op once/week and live on a small farm in Hollywood, MD.
The responsibilities for the children would be primarily for the youngest 3. Providing structure during their educational day, meal prep for lunch/dinner, cleaning/organizing, and errand running (post office, grocery pick-up). There may be some running children to activities as they become involved again post-COVID.
Our schedule is fairly flexible, but would need to be routine once started as I would set my clients according to the schedule.
This position can be part/full time.
