A little bit about us
Seeking help for about 8-10 hours per week (up for discussion!).
Primarily will need help picking up or occasionally dropping off one child at St. Johns Regional Catholic School in Frederick or shuttling another child to cheerleading/dance. Not every day -- we can work out a schedule that works for everyone.
Would also be open to getting additional assistance around the house if possible.

A little bit about us
We are looking to build a relationship with someone who would be interested in caring for our children on a part time basis. We are semi-new to the Frederick area & unfortunately do not have family living local & would love to grow our boy's circle of love & support.
I am currently a SAHM with a spouse who does Shift work and with a lot more on my plate I would've imagined possible since being relatively new to the SAHM game.
I am very flexible with the days I would like for someone to be available & would be open to a super part-time schedule especially for someone who was the right fit! Without trying to sound cheesy, we would do whatever necessary for someone if we knew our children benefitted most from your relationship with one another. However there IS a catch...Hope you like dogs! We have two ;) but don't worry, we won't make them your problem, haha!

I work from home in the mornings and my husband works from home all day, so we're looking for someone who can help us take care of our son, especially during our meetings! We're looking for coverage mainly in the mornings every day starting between 9-9:30 am and would be looking for help
until around 2:30 pm every day except Tuesday, where we'd need you until 4:30 pm.
Care would include diaper changes, feeding bottles, and playing with him in between naps. We also have two very friendly dogs and a cat.

We both work from home, but both have consistent meetings/calls and it's difficult watching the baby.
We are really looking for someone with flexibility throughout the week.
The start time will likely be consistent -- around 8/9 AM. But due to my wife's work, she may be done everything for the day anywhere between 1 PM and 4 PM.
Also, mostly every OTHER Friday, my sister will likely be watching her.
Really looking for someone that has early childhood experience, and can assist us with building out her routines throughout the day, as well as any fun/learning activities that a 1 year old can do. You may also need to assist with preparing and getting her breakfast and/or lunch.
The only other responsibility may be to take out our senior dog once or twice a day.
Thanks!
