This position is for 5 children and will require both a drivers license and full background check. I am fine reimbursing for the background check, no problem.
SUMMER:
M-F 8am to 6:30pm Friday almost always off prior to 5:30.
FALL: 7:15am- 6pm, can vary. We can give a schedule normally a week in advance and can share a Google calendar.
This position involves some overnights. My husband and I travel for work occasionally. During that time we need someone with the children.
This is a high trust and responsibility position and does require consistency.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- School Drop Offs and Pick Ups (though we both help)
-School Planning and Work
-Grocery Shopping for the kids via APP
- Chore setting and goal setting
- Dinner preparation
We have two guest rooms in the house. And 2 puppies that we can either include in the responsibility or not, no problem.
The hours for our jobs vary. I am Global so can be on calls until late and then early. But we try to be done by 6:30/7. My husband is normally done before me.
We are a fun, funny, loving, crazy family. We are looking forward to meeting you and talking with you!
There is an opportunity to also help with household management after we get into a routine and that would also be as an incentive.
Having a background in education or early childhood is a plus! Reference is needed. Must be able to swim, we have a pool, cpr certification would be excellent.
A calm, caring personality works well for our kids. We believe in consequences for actions. We do not like hours of screen time. You should be super organized, enjoy planning activities and daily schedules. We totally understand sometimes it’s necessary to yell but like to keep it to a minimum.

A little bit about us
My toddler is energetic, curious, and thrives on one-on-one engagement, so I’m hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys interactive play, both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities would include helping with their daily routine—meals, outfit changes, playtime, and occasional bath time—as well as creating a fun and stimulating environment.
For my baby, I’m looking for someone attentive to routines, including feeding, naps, and bath time, with a gentle and patient approach.
In addition, I would appreciate light housekeeping related to the children, such as tidying up play areas, cleaning bottles, and helping keep their spaces organized.
Overall, I’m hoping to find someone warm, dependable, and experienced who can step in and provide attentive, nurturing care during this period. Looking forward to connecting!
