A little bit about us

My husband Oliver and I have two girls— Eliana (3) and Aria (5 mo). Eliana was born with developmental disabilities including epilepsy (controlled except when sick), hearing loss (wears a cochlear implant and a hearing aid, teaching ASL and AAC device), and low muscle tone (uses a wheelchair/ gait trainer, is trying to stand independently). She has global developmental delay.
We need help Monday and Wednesday from 730-3, but would love additional support T Th F from 11-5.
Responsibilities on M and W would include school pick up and drop off (Eliana goes to school M-Th for about 3 hours, very close commute), feeding meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, bottles), diaper changes and transportation to and from various therapies/ activities (all in home or close to our home).

I am all for activities a caregiver is interested in doing inside and outside the home. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you feel you would be a good fit for our family :) I am happy to provide more details.

A little bit about us

We’re so excited to start the search for someone special to join our family! My husband and I have two sweet, energetic little girls — our oldest is 3, and our youngest will be 2 in October. We’re also expecting baby number three in January, so life is about to get a lot busier!
We’re currently looking for part-time help, with the potential to move into a full-time position relatively quickly depending on how things go.

I’m a stay-at-home mom, and our days are full of activity, imagination, and play. My girls are so much fun — full of energy, creativity, and giggles — but they also leave a trail of messes behind them! Having someone who can help me throughout the day as the little tornadoes do their thing would be such a blessing.
Our days are also filled with the usual chaos of family life — cooking meals, cleaning up, doing dishes, laundry, organizing, and everything in between. I’m looking for someone who can jump in and help with all of that while making sure the girls are happy, safe, and engaged. Basically, I’m hoping to find a second set of hands who can help with everything I do!

We also love taking little trips and getaways, and it’s been such a gift when we’ve had someone able to travel with us. Ideally, we’d love to find someone who is open to joining us on these adventures from time to time! My husband works remotely, so we have a lot of flexibility in where we go.

We live in a spacious home, so if it ends up being a better fit for the right person, we’re open to exploring a live-in option — especially once the baby arrives. That’s something we’re happy to discuss further if it’s of interest!

We’re open to talking about what part-time and full-time hours could look like — we’re looking for someone who is flexible and willing to adjust as our needs grow. We’d love to find someone who is planning to stay in the area and is looking for a long-term position.

We’re looking forward to finding the perfect person to become part of our family.
❤️ Leeny

We're looking for an experienced, full-time nanny for our 10-month old daughter. The right candidate would also be able to drop off and pick up our 2 year old son from Montessori each day. Occasionally, we will also need daytime care for our 2 year old son (when his school is closed for breaks). The right person would also help with housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks while our daughter is napping (she is napping around 3-4 hours per day).
