Responsibilities include child focused activities, meal prep for kids, maintaining play spaces with cleanup, kid laundry, and light errands. After school routine management during the year.
Car provided for outings, access to pool and parks. Occasional schedule shifts agreed in advance. 2 weeks paid vacation and 5 sick days. Non smoker. Friendly pug in home.

The hours of work will be between 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, and I am open to working with a nanny’s schedule to chart the final hours per day. I work from home, located in Downtown Cincinnati, and need help with caring for my son mostly during meetings, starting from August 20, 2023.
Care would entail feeding, changing, and engaging child through play during the decided hours which may be at least 4 hours on per day.

Organize creative, age appropriate activities and educational games (e.g. drawing, crafting and puppet games) - No Screen Time
Prepare meals and feed baby - currently bottle-feeding
Change diapers - experience with cloth diapers a plus
Schedule nap times / ensure Baby A takes naps
Teach baby appropriate social behaviors
Tidy up play areas and baby’s room
Ensure baby’s safety during indoors and outdoors activities
Work with parents to ensure children’s growth and social development

Pay Range:
Dependent on experience, education, and expertise. Overtime rate of time and a half goes into effect after 40 hours/week.

Professional childcare experience, 2 years minimum
Baby / Young toddler experience, required
