I am seeking a reliable, caring, and experienced full-time nanny to provide both childcare and educational support for my two children.

📍 Location: Cleveland Ohio 44105
📅 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
📆 Duration: Permanent, year-round position (including summer)

About the Role

The primary responsibility will be caring for my 4-year-old son, providing daily educational activities that support early childhood development (letters, numbers, reading readiness, motor skills, structured play, etc.).
Additional responsibilities include:
• Picking up my older son from school at 2:30 PM
• Assisting with homework and after-school routines
• Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
• Preparing simple meals/snacks as needed
• Maintaining consistency, structure, and age-appropriate learning

Qualifications
• Experience working with young children—educational or early-childhood background preferred
• A genuine love for teaching and helping children grow
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to commit long-term
• Excellent communication and punctuality

I have a 4 yr old boy, slight delays. Must be comfortable with enforcing rules/consequences. I work 3-4x/week including weekends rotating 7a-7:30p/7p-7:30a and self schedule every 6 weeks, so I can put to work or not work specific days.
Need someone to pick him up from daycare/school by 5pm and watched until 8:00p. $15-20/hr based on experience.
help with weekend (fri, sat, sun) night shifts, 3-5x per 6 week schedule. Can drop off within 20 min from us or you can sleep on our couch. 6:30p-8a, but he goes to bed about 9p and wakes up around 8a. $80 per night.
I have a large dog that might just need to be let out if at our place.
