"Very good with my 1 and 3 yr olds. She started off with our first born at 8 months and then took care of them both once we had our second child. She is very patient and communicative with the parents about things she thinks the children would benefit from. She is easy to talk to and my children really love her. She would be an asset to any family."

A little bit about us…
Hello! I’m looking for someone to help out part-time with my daughter Isla. She’s 4 months but was a preemie, so she’s developmentally closer to 2 or 3 months. I’m a first- time mom so I have no frame of reference but she seems like a fairly sweet and normal baby! Some fussiness but mostly if she’s hungry or overtired. Looking for someone to watch her and do developmentally appropriate play with her. Currently, she mostly eats, sleeps, and poops, but we’re doing tummy time with het and she’s increasingly interested in black and white cards, being sung to, and checking herself out in the mirror :)

My husband and I both work from home and I’ll be returning to work in September, so just need some extra hands on deck so we can take calls and catch up on a To Do list that never seems to end. I’d like to keep nursing her while I’m working but she also takes a bottle really well in case I’m on a call where I can’t turn off my camera. Ability to do some meal prep or laundry while she naps would be a plus but not a requirement.

In terms of hours and a schedule, we’re looking to start around 10-15 hours per week. We can create a set schedule, or do something more flexible depending on what works best for you. As work picks up, we may want to increase hours but TBD. We have an older husky, who is very sweet and calm. We can keep her outside if you’re a great fit but just not a dog person, but it would be ideal if you’re ok with dogs.
