Hello --

My name is Megan Miller I am a junior at Endicott College and am home for the rest of the semester as that I was abroad and my program was canceled. I have a long history of babysitting and nannying from a range of ages from 1 to 13! I also have worked in a daycare and extended my help in the school systems as that my mother is a fourth-grade teacher. I am an active participant in helping children in her classroom when needed either has a fun day on a field trip or reading and writing when I visit her classroom. I am interested in nannying for the rest of the school year and possibly the summer. I am highly reliable when it comes to any needs of the home and I can promise your kids will have a blast with me and be safe! I am a very outgoing person and laid-back yet still am stern when it comes to children. I played sports my whole life and love being active, I also love arts and crafts and being imaginative to entertain the children!!

I Started out babysitting at the age of 16, working for family friends. As I got older i started working for another family with two young children, ages 4 and 5. I would do all day, to over nights, or the whole weekend while they went away. When they moved I started working for a new family watching their two boys every saturday, and working at the local YMCA in the toddler and baby room monday through friday. Currently I was working for a family from seven am till seven pm watching their one year old and their five year old.

I have over 10 years experience working with children from infancy through elementary school. I have a passion for working with young children and believe the interactions they have at such as young age, shape who they will be as adults. I believe a strong relationship between caregivers and families is vital to the healthy development of children.

I have been babysitting since I was about 10 years old. I was a camp counselor for a couple of years at multiple types of camps. I interned at the preschool in my highschool for two years. I have led Sunday school classes at my church for two years now and have also been a youth group leader for the middle school youth group for about two or three years. I have also worked with children with all types of disabilities and behavioral problems. I nannied for a little boy from the time he was about 2 weeks old to 2 and a half years old. I helped him learn many things and I made him his bottles and fed him, I did his laundry when asked, and cleaned up around the house a little. I ran errands, etc.

For the past 13 years, I have been a babysitter and nanny for several different families. I have worked for families with one to four children, infants to adolescents. I also have a few years of experience working with children with disabilities. I worked for a wonderful family with a little boy who had Down Syndrome, and I spent the past two summers working in an intensive preschool program. I am currently the speech-language assistant for second and third graders at an elementary school in Southborough, Massachusetts. I like to think that I know seven- to ten-year-olds fairly well! :) I have always loved working with children and know that I will continue to for a long time to come!

Jehimy is an amazing care taker. I am super protective and cautious with whom I trust my daughter with. Jehimy made me feel extremely comfortable and like my daughter was her first priority and her most prize possession. They are people that do it for a check, Jehimy is the rare people you come across that does it with passion and love. - Everaida
